About the company

VBG Group publ AB is a Sweden-based company active in the automotive and power transmission industries. The Company’s activities are divided into three business divisions: VBG Truck Equipment, a supplier of coupling equipment for trucks with heavy trailers; Edscha Trailer Systems, a supplier of equipment for trailers; and Ringfeder Power Transmission, a producer of advanced applications in mechanical power transmission and energy and shock absorption under brand name Ringfeder, Gerwah and Ecoloc. The Company operates a number of subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, the United States, Germany, China and India. In July 2014, it completed acquisition of Tschan GmbH, which was carried out through its Ringfeder Power Transmission division.
